Generate Group has been supplying performance improvement technology to hospitality businesses since 1985. The Chairman of one of our first customers worked for a major national corporation and told us “Your systems are essential. We wouldn’t attempt to run a business without them”. 1998 to 2000 We developed and provided new systems to the Homebush Olympic Park and for the Royal Agricultural Society’s new operations there. By 2005 our technologies had become accepted by over 200 industry leading clubs and the Club Managers Association of Australia as ‘Best Practise’. Our club customers operated many types of businesses for their members, bars, cafes, bistros, restraurants, venues, bottle shops, retail and loyalty rewards programs. Many small clubs and other small to medium businesses were soon asking for “The same technology as the big clubs”, so we developed a low cost, but fully featured solution for hospitality and retail businesses with less than 5 POS terminals.
